Giovanni Guidetti Announce List of 30 players for Serbia in VNL 2023

Serbia women’s team coach Giovanni Guidetti announced a list of 30 players to play in VNL 2023. It will be the first competition for Giovanni Guidetti to coach for Serbia after being appointed team coach in December last year.

In VNL 2023, the 2022 VNL bronze medalist Serbia will play in Ankara, Türkiye in week 1, Brasilia, Brazil in week 2, and Suwon, South Korea in week 3. If they finish top 7 in the preliminary round of the competition (excluding the host USA), they will participate in the Final round in Arlington, Texas, USA.

The team will start their preparation on May 3. All the team members and staff who finished their club volleyball season will join.

Setter: Maja Ognjenovi, Bojana Drča, Slađana Mirković, Ana Jakšić, Andrea Tišma, Marija Miljević

Opposite: Tijana Bošković, Ana Bjelica, Tara Taubner, Jovana Zelenović

Libero: Teodora Pušić, Aleksandra Jegdić, Bojana Gočanin, Stefana Pakić

Middle Blocker: Jovana Stevanović, Mina Popović, Maja Aleksić, Jovana Kocić, Minja Osmaji, Hena Kurtagić, Iva Šućurović

Outside hitter: Bjanka Buša, Sara Lozo, Bojana Milenković, Katarina Lazović, Aleksandra Uzelac, Mina Mijatović, Jovana Cvetković, Isidora Kocakrević, Branka Tica
